Vincent J. Pietrorazio
Vincent is the "silent" Member/Partner of Audio Engineering Services LLC.
Vincent is currently the Managing Partner of Amplytude Partners,
a professional consulting practice dedicated to maximizing long-term
value in small businesses. He has particular strengths in succession
transitions, business planning, and strategic marketing. Further information is available at

He has also recently conceptualized and designed a new electronic product for restaurant
services and marketing, on which he has pending US and international patents.
He also currently serves as CFO/Treasurer and is a board member of Connecticut Combustion
Corporation, a growing northeast specialty contracting business.
Prior to Amplytude, Vincent was a partner/investor in Kendro Laboratory Products,
a $400 million premier manufacturer of life science products. As Director of Business Development,
he led several successful transactions on both the buy and sell side. He has also held management
positions in marketing and finance.
Prior to Kendro, his technical background includes Product Management for AMS/Neve, a former Siemens
company and $50 million premier manufacturer of professional audio equipment. He also has technical
experiences in applications engineering, product design, and field service.
Vincent holds a M.B.A. from Connecticut State University, a B.S. in electrical & systems engineering
with a concentration in economics from the University of Connecticut, and an A.S. in electrical engineering
technology from Waterbury State Technical College.
Vincent lives in Newtown with his wife Nancy and son Matthew, and patiently awaits the next Boston
Red Sox championship season.
